Copyright and Author Rights Policy
The European Journal of Molecular Pharmacy (EJMP), published by Green Publication Services Private Limited, allows authors to retain full copyright of their published work.
Upon publication, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, authors retain ownership of their intellectual property while permitting others to read, download, copy, distribute, reproduce, and adapt the work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.
Authors are free to share and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic platforms, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication in EJMP is clearly stated.
Authors may reuse parts of their work, including figures, tables, and excerpts, in future publications, books, teaching materials, and other scholarly works, with appropriate citation of the original article. Any patent rights, proprietary rights, or other intellectual property arising from the research remain with the author(s).
Author Responsibilities
Authors submitting manuscripts to EJMP are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
- The submitted work is original and free from plagiarism
- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere
- The content does not infringe any copyright, privacy, or personal rights
- The manuscript does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or misleading material
- All listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions and have approved the final version prior to submission
EJMP adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and expects authors to maintain transparency, honesty, and research integrity throughout the submission and publication process.
